At TOMAZ, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your fashion or footwear item doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and state the reason.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely back in the original TOMAZ packaging.

  Ship to TOMAZ

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
